I have been coming here for about a month now. Every shake to tea I have tried is fantastic and fits perfectly in my calories and protein requirements. The girls who work her are really awesome in putting together exactly what you like. Someone made me a peanut butter and banana shake recently. Its so good, I teared up even. I was like " this shake is what I was missing in my life". Highly recommend.

Ordered a blueberry cheesecake shake and a chai tea. The shakes are made with no milk so those with dairy issues don’t have to worry. Super friendly employees/owner!

Amber, the owner of Middleburg Nutrition is very generous, down-to-earth, and lovely person. She makes you feel very welcomed and as if you are a long time friend catching up. The mega teas and shakes are always fun flavors and taste delicious. They do weekly and monthly specials, where you can always find a flavor you like. I highly recommend going to buy a tea and shake, also to meet Amber because she is the best!

I had an excellent first experience at MB nutrition. I wasn’t sure what to order, and an employee possibly the manager named Amber was knowledgeable and a huge help in deciding which drink to go with. Even another customer was kind in offering suggestions not only for the visit but future visits. Today (4/27) my drink was prepared by a guy and unfortunately I didn’t catch his name for a shout out but he said his usual location is Old Brooklyn. He was friendly and his vibe was very welcoming. It was like chatting with a friend. All workers and customers so far have made me feel comfortable being new trying the teas and shakes. I have been there now 3 times and can say I may be addicted to the mega teas. Amazing flavor to each drink I’ve had and very friendly staff. I Will be a repeat customer.
